Data Processing Services

We can import your database or Excel file into our postal software, standardize the address, and add the zip+4 digits and the delivery point barcode. Multiple mailing lists can be merged and unduplicated. C.A.S.S. Certifying and Postage Optimization allow us to determine the best delivery and postal savings. We also provide data entry and list maintenance services. 

Mailing List Rental and Clean Up

Need a mailing list?  Oak Tree will find the right list for you at a competitive price.  We'll help you clean up your own mailing list by running it through the National Change Of Address (NCOA) service.

Personalized Letters

Oak Tree Marketing will mail merge your mailing list with your database for personalized letters and envelopes. We hand match every letter to its corresponding addressed envelope for a 100% match.

We label, tab, insert, ink jet address and barcode, meter, and sort for postal presort discounts. We can even affix postage stamps if desired.
